This has been a year of putting into place systems that will assist with running an active and lively campaign in 2017. Although a lot of work has gone on behind the scenes, our public profile now needs to be lifted.

One task that we need to have completed, before the middle of December, is the annual Christmas card delivery. These will be available for distribution from the end of November. It would be ideal to have these delivered prior to our ‘Christmas Drinks’ get together with Nicky and David.

As the year comes to an end, we have a number of events that you may like to attend;

November 27 - ‘Food Truck Friday’

6 p.m. we will meet in the Square, by the Whare at the Cathedral entrance. Bring along your partner and enjoy dinner from any of the various food trucks and caravans – a choice of food options is available – and remember to bring cash, as this makes purchasing easier.

November 29‘Downtown Farmers’ Market’ coffee with Nicky

11 a.m. we will meet Nicky at the Commons, next to the Town Hall on the corner of Durham and Kilmore Streets. Bring your wallet as there is always something of interest at this great inner city market.

December 12 - ‘Electorate Christmas Drinks’ hosted by Nicky and David

5 p.m. at 28 Peacock Street. We would love to see you all there. You will be able to drop off any spare Christmas cards and ‘walker sheets’ along with any relevant updates.
